Privacy Policy

MAXA LABS (“we”, “our”) operates Prixa's Playbook, a 14-week founder accelerator accessible at https://www.maksalabs.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

• Account information: name and email address, provided when you sign up via Clerk (our authentication provider).
• Program activity: artifact submissions, rubric scores, tracker entries, baseline scores, kill criteria, NPS responses, and decision logs you create inside the product.
• Cohort interactions: peer reviews you write or receive (shown semi-anonymously to recipients), and whether you opt in to sharing an artifact with your cohort.
• File uploads: documents or images you attach to submissions, stored in Supabase Storage.
• Usage data: pages visited, errors encountered (via Sentry), and aggregate performance metrics (via Vercel Analytics). We do not use tracking pixels or sell browsing data.
• Application data: if you apply to join a cohort, we retain the information you submit in the application form.

• To operate the accelerator program and deliver feedback on your submissions.
• To assign and notify you of peer review responsibilities.
• To send transactional emails (score notifications, review assignments). We do not send marketing email without your explicit consent.
• To diagnose bugs and improve reliability.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

We share data only with the following service providers, each bound by their own privacy policies:

• Clerk: authentication and session management.
• Supabase: database and file storage (hosted on AWS).
• Vercel: hosting and edge infrastructure.
• Mailtrap: transactional email delivery.
• Sentry: error monitoring (stack traces may include limited request context; no personal data is intentionally forwarded).
• Anthropic: AI advisory pre-scores on artifact submissions. Submission content is sent to Anthropic's API; Anthropic's data-use policy applies. No names or emails are included in the prompt.

Within a cohort, your first name and program progress are visible to your cohort-mates. Baseline scores and artifact content are shared only if you explicitly opt in.

We retain your program data for as long as your account is active and for two years after the program ends, to allow access to your historical work. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@maksalabs.com with “Data request” in the subject line and we will respond within 30 days.

We use TLS in transit, Postgres row-level encryption at rest (via Supabase), and short-lived signed URLs for file access. We practice least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if you discover a vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly to hello@maksalabs.com.

We set a session cookie managed by Clerk for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics data (Vercel) is aggregated and does not identify individual users.

Prixa's Playbook is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy when we add new features or change service providers. We will notify enrolled founders by email for material changes. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
