Terms of Service

By accessing or using Prixa's Playbook (operated by MAXA LABS), you agree to these terms. If you are enrolling in a cohort on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorised to bind that company.

Prixa's Playbook is a structured 14-week founder accelerator. It includes curriculum content, weekly artifact submission, rubric-based feedback, peer review, and a capstone defense. We may update or modify the program structure and this service at any time. We will give enrolled founders reasonable notice of material changes.

• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• One account per natural person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
• You must be 18 or older to use the service.

You retain ownership of everything you submit (artifact text, uploads, decisions, etc.). By submitting content, you grant MAXA LABS a limited licence to:

• Store and display your content to you and, where you opt in, to your cohort.
• Share relevant content with assigned mentors for scoring purposes.
• Pass submission text (without personal identifiers) to AI models for advisory pre-scoring. You can disable AI scoring by not using the submission form, though this may affect program features.

We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Submit content that is false, plagiarised, or violates any applicable law.
• Attempt to access another founder's data without authorisation.
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or abuse the service.
• Circumvent any rate limits, authentication controls, or security measures.
• Engage in any conduct that harms other participants or the program.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

When assigned a peer review, you are expected to complete it within 72 hours. Failure to do so may block your ability to submit the following week's artifact (hard reciprocity gate) until overdue reviews are cleared or expire. The program is built on mutual accountability; please take review commitments seriously.

The platform software, curriculum content, rubric frameworks, and brand assets are owned by MAXA LABS. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission. The specific business ideas and work products you develop during the program are yours.

The service is provided “as is.” We make no guarantee that the program will result in a specific business outcome. Mentor feedback, peer scores, and AI pre-scores are advisory. You remain responsible for your own business decisions. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAXA LABS's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or US$100, whichever is greater.

You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@maksalabs.com. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms. Obligations that should survive termination (content licences, dispute resolution) will do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MAXA LABS is incorporated. Any dispute shall be resolved first by good-faith negotiation; failing that, by binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.

We may revise these terms. We will notify enrolled founders by email before material changes take effect. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
